Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) customers can now seamlessly purchase Console Connect services directly from the OCI Marketplace using Oracle Universal Credits. As the first FastConnect partner to offer services on the Oracle Marketplace, Console Connect provides a suite of cloud connectivity solutions designed to enhance the speed, reliability, and performance of data connections to Oracle Cloud.

By making Console Connect services available on the OCI Marketplace, Oracle customers can avoid the hassle of setting up a new vendor and can purchase their FastConnect services using their available Oracle Universal Credits. Now, customers can easily bundle and buy the connectivity services they need, whenever they need them.

How to access Console Connect services on the OCI Marketplace

Console Connect’s services can be purchased via private offer using Oracle Universal Credits. To get started, simply search for Console Connect on the Oracle Marketplace and explore our listings. Once you find the services that meet your connectivity needs, contact Dorian Wilson at dwilson@consoleconnect.com and we will create a tailored private offer for you.

What services are available on the OCI Marketplace?

Oracle customers can purchase the following Console Connect services via private offer on the OCI Marketplace using Oracle Universal Credits:

• Layer 2 (Point-to-Point): Dedicated Layer 2 connections to Oracle Cloud from your on-premise or data centre facility.
• Layer 3 (CloudRouter®): Instantly build and scale a secure, private Layer 3 network between Oracle Cloud and other clouds and locations – simplifying multi-cloud connectivity.
• Edge SIM: Securely connect edge devices directly to the cloud without touching the public internet.

These services can be purchased individually or bundled, depending on your business needs. Your private offer will be constructed based on your required services, locations, bandwidth, and contract terms.

Connecting your on-premise and data centre facility to OCI FastConnect

On-premise to OCI

Easily connect your on-premise infrastructure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) FastConnect via Console Connect’s global platform. To connect your on-premise infrastructure to OCI FastConnect via the Console Connect platform, your private offer will include the last mile local loop, its installation, the necessary cross connects and Layer 2 connection to OCI FastConnect.

Data centre to OCI FastConnect

Available in over 1,000 data centres worldwide, customers can choose from 1Gbps, 10Gbps, or 100Gbps port speeds. The private offer will include the data centre port, the necessary cross connect and Layer 2 service to OCI FastConnect.

Connecting your OCI environment to other cloud providers or cloud regions

Multi-cloud – OCI to other cloud providers

Utilising a full mesh topology on a Layer 3 network, Console Connect’s CloudRouter® leverages MPLS-based route targets to efficiently manage traffic flows between multiple cloud endpoints – without requiring any physical ports or hardware. The private offer will include the CloudRouter® dedicated bandwidth and the Layer 3 connections to OCI FastConnect and other cloud providers.

Receiving a private offer from Console Connect through the OCI Marketplace is simple and efficient. Follow these steps to get started:

1. Request a quote:

• Provide Console Connect with details of your required services, including location, bandwidth, and contract term.
• Receive a tailored quote with a breakdown of costs.

2. Accept the private offer:

• Console Connect will create a private offer for you on the OCI Marketplace.
• Simply review and accept the private offer. The cost associated with the Console Connect services will be automatically deducted from your Oracle Universal Credits.

3. Activation and deployment:

• Once the offer is accepted, a Console Connect Delivery Manager will reach out to coordinate service activation and deployment.
