New products now available on Private Label

Recently, two new product offerings have become available on Console Connect Private Label, Edge SIM and Edge Port.

Edge SIM: Device-to-cloud connectivity made simple

The addition of Edge SIM on Private Label enables resellers to deploy and manage secure global IoT connectivity on behalf of their customers. As an extension of our CloudRouter® solution, Edge SIM creates a direct, secure gateway from device-to-cloud.

With Edge SIM, resellers can:

• Resell and provision global IoT SIMs and mobile connectivity plans in minutes through automated, point-and-click activation.
• Deliver secure device-to-cloud connectivity by routing traffic over a private global network, bypassing the public internet.

Edge Port: Enabling last-mile resale and service control

Edge Port empowers resellers to extend and resell last-mile connectivity to their customers via a carrier-grade Ethernet Access E-Line.

With Edge Port, resellers can:

• Manage services end-to-end via a branded private-label portal.
• Deliver cloud, internet and network services through a single access point.

New platform features on Private Label

To further enhance the offering, several new features have been introduced to Console Connect Private Label:

• Advanced customisation: Resellers can now offer the customisation of logos and brand colours, the customer support email address, frequently used links and the ability to upload and display the customer company logo.
• Audit Logs: The new audit log capability allows both resellers and customers to view historical audit logs and offers advanced filtering that enables users to track changes by user, resource, time, action type etc.
• Reseller guide and platform education: The onboarding experience now includes a Private Label quick-start guide, an in-depth introduction to the platform features and a detailed platform glossary.
• Flexible service assignment: Resellers can now reassign customers to services, migrate existing orders and bring previously provisioned services into the Private Label platform.
